• Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your project's start date. This deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the project after the contract is signed.

• Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be required at various milestones, as outlined in the contract.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion. 

6. Project Timelines 

INFINICRETE LTD commits to completing projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or client-requested changes. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly. 

7. Warranty and Liability

• Workmanship Warranty: Warranty shall be discussed with the client based on the project and will be outlined in the contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

• Limitation of Liability: INFINICRETE LTD's liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. 

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if there is a material breach of the terms by the other party. In the event of termination, INFINICRETE LTD reserves the right to retain any deposits made.
